Shipping

Orders confirmed before 14:00 on a working day are prepared and handed to our courier the same day. Orders placed after that time, or at the weekend, are dispatched on the next working day.

You will receive a confirmation as soon as your order is on its way, and our courier will call you before delivery. Someone must be available at the address to receive and, where applicable, pay for the parcel.

We deliver across all Egyptian governorates. We do not currently ship outside Egypt.

You can follow the status of every order from your account at any time.

Returns

If a piece is not right, you may return it within 14 days of delivery. We ask only that it comes back the way it arrived: unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached and in its original packaging.

For hygiene reasons, underwear, swimwear and pierced jewellery cannot be returned once their seal or hygiene strip has been removed. Items bought in a final-sale promotion are also excluded, and this is stated clearly on the product page before you buy.

Return delivery costs 70 EGP and is deducted from your refund, unless the item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered — in which case we cover it entirely.

1. 01Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and the items you wish to return.
2. 02We will confirm your return and arrange a courier pickup from your address, usually within two working days.
3. 03Pack the items in their original packaging with the tags attached and hand them to the courier.
4. 04Once the items reach us and pass a quick condition check, we process your refund.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. If you paid by card, the amount is returned to that same card; if you paid cash on delivery, we will arrange a bank transfer and ask you for the details at that point.

We process refunds within 7–14 working days of receiving your return. Your bank may take a few additional days to show the amount on your statement, which is outside our control.

If you return only part of an order, we refund the price of the returned items. Where a free-shipping threshold no longer applies after the return, the original shipping fee may be deducted.

The original shipping fee is refunded in full when the return is due to a fault on our side.

Exchanges

You may exchange a piece for a different size or colour within 30 days of delivery, subject to availability.

The quickest route is usually to return the original item for a refund and place a new order, so your preferred size is reserved immediately rather than held while the first parcel travels back to us. Contact us and we will tell you which option is faster for your case.

Exchanged items must meet the same condition requirements as returns.

Damaged or incorrect items

Every order is checked before it leaves us, but if something arrives damaged, faulty or simply not what you ordered, tell us within 3 days of delivery and we will put it right.

Send us your order number and a photograph of the issue. We will arrange a free pickup and then send a replacement or issue a full refund, including all delivery charges — whichever you prefer.

This does not affect your statutory rights under Egyptian consumer protection law.
