1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing the Biora store, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use the store.

Biora is operated by Biora, Cairo, Egypt.

2. Your account

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to create an account or place an order.

The information you give us must be accurate and kept up to date. An incorrect delivery address or phone number is the most common reason an order fails to arrive.

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity that takes place under your account. Tell us immediately if you think someone else has gained access to it.

We may suspend or close an account that is used fraudulently or in breach of these terms.

3. Products and availability

We work to describe and photograph every piece accurately, including its materials, measurements and care instructions.

Colours can appear differently from one screen to another, so a small variation between the photograph and the garment you receive is normal and is not a fault.

All items are subject to availability. Occasionally a piece sells out between your order being placed and our confirming it; if that happens we will contact you and refund the amount in full.

4. Prices

All prices are shown in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges are shown separately before you confirm your order.

We may change prices at any time, but a change never affects an order we have already confirmed.

If a price is listed incorrectly because of an obvious error, we will contact you before dispatching and give you the choice of confirming at the correct price or cancelling for a full refund.

5. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. The contract between us is formed when we confirm that your order has been accepted and dispatched.

We may decline or cancel an order where the item is unavailable, where payment cannot be taken, where we suspect fraud, or where a pricing error has occurred. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund it in full.

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We can usually help while the order has not yet been dispatched; after that, the returns process applies.

6. Payment

We accept card payments through Paymob, our payment provider, and cash on delivery where it is offered for your area.

Card details are entered on Paymob's secure pages and are handled entirely by them. Biora never receives or stores your full card number, expiry date or security code.

Your order is prepared once payment is confirmed. If a payment fails or is reversed, we may cancel the order.

7. Delivery

We deliver across Egypt. Delivery times and fees, including when delivery is free, are set out in full on our Shipping & Returns page and form part of these terms.

Delivery times are estimates given in working days and are counted from dispatch. We are not liable for delays caused by the courier, by weather, or by an address or phone number that turns out to be incorrect.

Risk in the items passes to you on delivery.

8. Returns and refunds

You may return unworn items within 14 days of delivery, and exchange them within 30 days, subject to the conditions and exclusions on our Shipping & Returns page.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–14 working days of your return reaching us.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under Egyptian consumer protection law.

9. Intellectual property

The Biora name, logo, designs, photography, text and the store itself are owned by us or used under licence, and are protected by intellectual property law.

You may view and share our content for your own personal, non-commercial use.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish or use our content or branding commercially, or in a way that suggests an association with Biora, without our written permission.

10. Acceptable use

You agree to use the store lawfully and not in a way that harms it or other users.

• Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the store, another user's account, or our systems.
• Do not interfere with the store's operation, including by introducing malicious code or by placing an automated load on it.
• Do not scrape or systematically extract our content, prices or imagery.
• Do not place fraudulent or speculative orders, or use someone else's payment details.
• Do not send us abusive, misleading or unlawful content through the contact form.

11. Third-party links and services

The store links to third-party services, including our payment provider and our social media accounts, and depends on providers such as our courier and hosting partners.

We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party websites. When you leave our store, the terms and privacy policy of that service apply instead of ours.

12. Disclaimers

We make every reasonable effort to keep the store available and its information accurate, but we provide it on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

We do not promise that the store will be uninterrupted or free of errors, or that any defect will be corrected immediately. Access may be suspended for maintenance or for reasons beyond our control.

Nothing in this section excludes any liability that cannot be excluded under Egyptian law.

13. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, opportunity or data, arising from your use of the store.

We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Biora against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the store.

15. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.

The competent courts of the Arab Republic of Egypt have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page always shows when they were last revised.

The terms that apply to your order are the ones in force at the moment you place it. Continuing to use the store after a change means you accept the updated terms.
